Do you store the files I convert?
Files are processed to complete your conversion and are automatically deleted from our servers after 1 hour, or sooner if you close the browser. We don’t use your images for advertising.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Most messages receive a response within one business day. If your issue is urgent, mention the tool name and a short description of the error in the subject line.
